Description
Description
The FPR 711/712 High-Efficiency Portable Pump Assembly is a centrifugal pump assembly designed to deliver reliable, clean, and efficient fluid handling in sanitary processing environments. This premium pump assembly features an FPR pump head, a stainless steel washdown motor, a LENZE VFD, and a stainless steel cart. This assembly is built for the tough environments found in processing facilities. The motor is washdown grade and the VFD has a NEMA 4X enclosure. The pump cart is made in Canada of stainless steel and has non-marking wheels, making it easy to move around the facility as needed. The LENZE VFD is programmable, allowing the pump to be tailored to meet specific applications. The FPR pump head is the latest evolution of the industry-leading FP pump family, combining legendary robust construction with a modern, front-loading seal design to minimize downtime while prioritizing hygiene. The construction and precise design make it highly efficient and allow it to pump a variety of products gently and smoothly, including high-viscosity fluids.
With a 2" inlet and 1.5" outlet, and a maximum capacity of 96 GPM, this centrifugal portable assembly is the ideal solution for product transfer and CIP duties in small to medium processing facilities and sub-loops in larger facilities. It is easily maneuverable while also delivering smooth product transfer, easy in-place maintenance, and reliable performance, making it the perfect addition for smaller to mid-scale processing facilities in the dairy, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, and biotech industries.
The FP pump family is known globally for its innovative and robust designs that combine German engineering with trusted American manufacturing. The FP pumps family is the industry standard for a reason, and the FPR is no exception. The FPR is a high-end centrifugal pump that outperforms its competitors in hygienic design, efficiency, and reliability. The FPR 711/712 is designed with exceptionally tight clearances between the impeller and the backplate. This precision engineering minimizes slippage, resulting in superior efficiency, longer seal life, and the unique ability to handle higher-viscosity fluids that typically challenge standard centrifugal pumps. As the newest member of the FP series, the FPR has all the reliability, efficiency, and precision construction of the FP and FPX pumps, but with the addition of a front-loading seal. This design enhances sanitation by placing the seal directly in the product flow for better cooling and cleaning. Technicians are able to access and replace the seals without removing the pump from the line, streamlining the maintenance process and reducing downtime.
The 711/712 FPR High-Efficiency Portable Pump Assembly is recommended for small to medium production facilities or process loops where efficiency, reliability, and top-of-the-line hygienic technology are desired.
