Description
Description
The FPR 701/702 High-Efficiency Portable Pump Assembly is designed to provide reliable, clean, and efficient fluid handling in sanitary processing environments. This assembly features an FPR pump head, a stainless steel washdown motor, a LENZE VFD, and a stainless steel cart. This assembly features the best craftsmanship on the market. The pump head is the perfect combination of German engineering and American manufacturing, and the stainless steel carts are welded in Canada. The LENZE VFD is NEMA 4X certified for use in sanitary environments and is programmable, allowing the pump to be tailored to the specific application. The FPR 701/702 assembly is a premium sanitary centrifugal pump designed to fit seamlessly into small production lines.
A member of the FP pump family, the FPR is one of the best centrifugal pumps on the market. The construction and precision design make it highly efficient and allow it to pump a variety of products gently and smoothly, including high viscosity fluids. The 701/702 is the smallest model of the FPR front-loading internal seal centrifugal pumps. This portable assembly is capable of both transfer and CIP duties, has a compact footprint, 1.5" Tri-Clamp connections, and a maximum capacity of 48 GPM. It delivers smooth product transfer, easy in-place maintenance, reliable performance, and is easy to move between applications, making it the perfect addition for smaller scale processing facilities in the dairy, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, and biotech industries.
The FP family of pumps is known worldwide for its quality, innovative, and robust design. They are the premiere choice in high-end sanitary pumps and the FPR is no exception. The FPR is a high-efficiency premium centrifugal pump that outperforms its competitors in hygienic design, efficiency, and reliability. The clearance between the impeller and the backplate is very small, resulting in minimal slippage and making the FPR highly efficient and capable of pumping higher viscosity products than the average centrifugal pump. The FPR has an extended seal life, meaning fewer seal changes, saving you money over its lifetime. As the newest member of the FP series, the FPR has all the reliability, efficiency, and precision construction of the FP and FPX pumps, but with the addition of a front-loading seal. The front-loading internal seal allows for increased sanitation and easy maintenance. Service can be performed without removing the pump from the line as the seal is easy to access.
The 701/702 FPR High-Efficiency Portable Pump Assembly is recommended for small production facilities or individual process skids where efficiency, reliability, and top-of-the-line technology are desired.
