HEAT EXCHANGER / WORT CHILLER
The CPE60H-XXD stainless steel brewery plate heat exchanger is made for cooling wort from 200° F to 70° F using city water at around 50° F. This heat exchanger is designed so that the discharged water is hot enough to put into your HLT for your next brew. They are designed to cool a batch in approximately 30 minutes.
