The INOXPA HYGINOX SEN-15 pump is perfect for small batch distilleries and other small scale processing facilities. A sanitary centrifugal pump, the Hyginox series comes with long-lasting internal mechanical seals that reduce product build-up and leaking, and improve reliability. The Inoxpa Hyginox SEN15 is a close-coupled centrifugal pump with a hygienic design, built for the dairy, beverage, and food-processing industries. Its internal mechanical seal allows the product to fully lubricate the seal during use and allows the Clean-in-Place (CIP) process to completely sanitize it. Fitted with an explosion-proof motor and sanitary Tri-Clamp connections, the SEN15 is suited to CIP and product transfer applications involving high proof alcohol, ethanol, and other flammable liquids. It is ideal for use in distilling, making alcohol blended drinks, and for herbal extractions.

The pump is paired with a cast iron, NEMA C-Face Premium Efficiency explosion-proof motor, UL/CSA approved for Class I, Groups C and D, and Class II, Groups E, F, and G (T3B). It is supplied as a pump and motor only, without a switch or cart. The SEN15 Pump with Explosion-Proof Motor combines the Hyginox SEN15 pump head, a hygienic close-coupled design with an internal single mechanical seal, with an explosion-proof motor, allowing you to:

• Safely transfer high-proof alcohol, ethanol, and other flammable liquids with a UL/CSA approved explosion-proof motor.
• Keep the seal fully lubricated by the product during use.
• Completely sanitize the seal during CIP.
• Reduce maintenance and extend seal life with an internally sealed design.
  
• Rely on product-contact parts made of AISI 316L stainless steel.
• Connect with standard 1.5" x 1.5" Tri-Clamp fittings.

Voltage Options:

The explosion-proof SEN-15 is available in three-phase power and is compatible with 230V, 460V, and 575V. Single-phase motors are available in 1-1/2 HP upon request, please contact us for a quote.
