The C114 Explosion Proof Centrifugal Pump

The C114 centrifugal pump was designed with the processor in mind and is expressed in the practical design of the C-Series Pump and it is reflected in the high standards of performance attained by thousands of units that are presently in service in every phase of the processing industries. The explosion proof motor makes this pump suitable for use with high proof alcohol, ethanol, and other flammable liquids. It is ideal for use in distilling, making alcohol blended drinks, and for herbal extractions.

Relevance to your processing requirements is expressed in C-Series Pump capabilities which let you:

• Handle liquids and semi-solids with entrained vapors.
• Sustain favourable vacuum characteristics under varying pumping conditions.
• Handle viscous products at elevated GPM and pressure ratings.
• Pump in series without seal failure from elevated inlet pressure.
• Provide full CIP service without dismantling. (Models equipped with type D, DG, E and F seals).

The motor is a NEMA 7/9 Frame C-face Premium Efficiency Explosion Proof Motor with Cast iron construction. It is UL/CSA Approved for Class 1 Group D and Class 2 Groups F,G. 

The explosion-proof C114 is available in three-phase power and is compatible with 460V and 230V. Single-phase motors are available upon request, please contact us for a quote. All pumps come standard with Tri-clamp connections, but we can supply other connection types by special order.
