The Tri-Clamp Screen Gasket is a specialized sanitary gasket that provides a sturdy leak-proof seal and filtration in process lines. Screen gaskets are commonly used to prevent solids and particulates from damaging equipment. These gaskets are easy to install, clean, and maintain and provide effective filtration with minimal effect to flow. The inner mesh is 316L stainless steel, allowing it to be durable, flexible, and food safe. The mesh is available in a variety sizes and as either single or double screen to meet a variety of processing applications. The gasket fits Tri-Clamp fittings and is available in Viton, EPDM, and NBR (Buna); Silicone is also available by special order. Standard screen gaskets have a single layer of mesh, but double screens are available for applications that need further filtration. These gaskets are made in the USA and are FDA approved and 3A certified for use in sanitary applications.
